This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It covers the website only. How we protect your health information as a patient is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information you give us

If you send an appointment request, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, whether you are a new or returning patient, and the days and times that suit you. We use it only to call you back and schedule your visit. The form does not ask about your health, and we ask you not to include health details online.

Appointment requests are delivered to our office by email through a service provider that handles the message on our behalf.

Information collected automatically

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, such as which pages are read and whether people use the phone and directions links. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We have turned off Google’s advertising features, including Google Signals and ad personalization. We do not send Google anything you type into a form, your name, your phone number, or anything about your dental care.

Cloudflare. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages securely. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.

Your choices

• Use the Your privacy choices link at the bottom of any page to turn Google Analytics off in your browser.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, and Google Analytics does not load.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use advertising pixels on this site.

Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children online.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. No website can guarantee complete security.
